General terms and conditions for bookings and cancellations
1/ For all reservations, we require a prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay before arrival.
(For the Maison Carrée: 30% of the total amount of the stay will be required upon booking, as a deposit. The balance of the stay must be paid no later than 21 days before arrival).
The bank details you provide are not stored by the hotel. Payment is processed by our bank via a secure electronic transaction (3D Secure - SecureCode system).
=> without this guarantee no reservation can be confirmed.
2/ In case of cancellation: - Between the booking date and 21 days before arrival: the prepayment will be refunded (and credited back to your account). - Between 21 days before arrival and the day of arrival: the prepayment will be retained (except in cases of valid reasons with mandatory supporting documentation).
3/ In case of no arrival / no show: The prepayment is retained as a cancellation fee.
4/ Any stay that has begun is due in full, meaning that an early departure may result in charges equivalent to the balance of the stay.
5/ Rooms are available for rent from 3pm (day of arrival) to 11am (day of departure)
6/ Our prices are net, including VAT and service.
SPECIAL COVID-19 CASES (in place since March 2020 and until the health situation improves): Due to the health situation, it has been agreed that in the following cases: - force majeure (illness, COVID symptoms, etc.) with mandatory medical documentation, - government-mandated travel bans, - closure of national borders, - administrative closure of establishments open to the public (if we cannot accommodate you), - lockdown or other cases related to strict government regulations, => in effect at the time of your stay: we will refund your prepayment. (These above cases are extended to EU and non-EU countries, according to the government conditions of the country of origin.) Wearing a mask is mandatory when moving around the establishment. Contactless and remote payment (VAD) are available. When leaving your room, we ask that you open the windows. => still in effect as of today.
