General conditions for reservations and cancellations


1/ For all reservations, we require a prepayment corresponding to 100% of the total amount of the stay before the arrival of the stay.

(for Maison Carrée: 30% of the total amount of the stay will be requested upon reservation, as a deposit. The remainder of the stay must be made no later than 21 days before arrival).

The banking information provided is not kept by the hotel. The withdrawal is carried out by our bank using a secure electronic transaction. (3D Secure system - SecureCode)

=> without this guarantee no reservation can be confirmed.


2/ In the event of cancellation: - Between the date of reservation and 21 days before arrival: the prepayment is returned (and will be re-credited to your account). - Between 21 days before arrival and the day of arrival: the prepayment is retained (except in the case of valid reasons with mandatory proof)


3/ In the event of non-arrival / no show: The prepayment is retained as a cancellation fee.


4/ Any stay started is due, meaning that early departure may result in costs equivalent to the balance of the stay.


5/ Rooms can be rented from 3 p.m. (day of arrival) to 11 a.m. (day of departure)


6/ Our prices are net, VAT and service included.

SPECIAL CASES COVID-19 (in place since March 2020 and until health conditions improve): Following health conditions, it has been agreed when cases: - force majeure (illness, COVID symptoms, etc.) on mandatory medical proof, - in the event of a government ban on population movement, - closure of national borders, - administrative closure of establishments open to the public (if we cannot receive you), - confinement or other cases linked to strict government regulations. => in effect at the time of your stay: we will refund the prepayment paid. (These previous cases are extended to EU and non-EU countries, depending on the government conditions of the country of origin) Wearing a mask is obligatory when moving around the establishment. Contactless payment and remote payment (VAD) available. When you leave the room, we ask you to open the windows. => still in force to this day.
