La Maison Carrée is located close to all amenities within walking distance (National Museum of Prehistory, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, butcher, bakery, supermarket, doctor, restaurant, SNCF train station, etc.).

We welcome you to the heart of the village of Les Eyzies, its cliffs and its heritage.
This large house, located in Périgord Noir, is ideally situated between Sarlat (15 km), Bergerac (38 km) and Périgueux (35 km) and 12 km from the two rivers which meet: the Dordogne and the Vézère (swimming, canoeing, Trémolat water sports centre, ...).
It allows holidaymakers to recharge their batteries, away from the tourist crowds while being close to the region's cultural highlights.
This property is surrounded by a wooded park and has access via a gate to the woods. It features a private heated swimming pool.
The house and the swimming pool are exclusively reserved for you (no other tenants).
Inside, you will find:

The swimming pool (with an alarm but not fenced) is surrounded by sun loungers and parasols, and you have access to an outdoor table and chairs for lunch and a barbecue.
