Located on the banks of the Vézère river in the Périgord noir and 15 km from Sarlat and the Lascaux caves, La Villa du 15 is ideal for your business or personal trips.
The independent rooms at Villa du 15 are air-conditioned and can be booked from one night.
Free access to the heated swimming pool at Jérôme's hotel, located 30m away, from May to September.
The apartments can be booked for a minimum of 2 nights (exception for July and August: a minimum of one week from Saturday to the following Saturday).

The independent and self-contained rooms are fully air-conditioned and all equipped with private bathrooms and toilets.
We provide towels, bed linen, toiletries, Wi-Fi, TV, refrigerator, coffee machines, kettle (there is no breakfast service and pool towels are not provided).
Several room categories are available.
-Room for 1 or 2 people -cliff view with a 140cm double bed -Room for 1 or 2 people -cliff view with a 160cm double bed
-Room for 1 or 2 people -garden/patio view with a 180cm double bed or 2 single beds
Villa 15 is located close to all amenities within walking distance (National Museum of Prehistory, pharmacy, tobacconist, newsagent, butcher, bakery, supermarket, doctor, restaurants, SNCF train station, etc.).

Le Duplex (28m²)
The Duplex is fully renovated with an area of 28m² and includes: double-glazed windows, a fitted kitchen, a shower and 2 private toilets.
...A truly unique place, like an artist's studio on two levels, with exposed stone in the sleeping area on the ground floor (underfloor heating for winter evenings and remaining very cool during hot summer days) and a high ceiling in the living/dining room area.
The Duplex is equipped with a kitchenette (microwave, kettle, hob, refrigerator, crockery, cookware), living room, TV, WI-FI, a 180cm bed, towels, sheets and toiletries.

The Studio (24m²)
The studio is fully renovated and air-conditioned with an area of 24m² and features: double-glazed windows, a fitted kitchen, a shower and a private WC.
The studio is equipped with a full kitchen (microwave, kettle, hob, refrigerator, crockery, cookware), living room, TV, WI-FI, a double bed (140cm), towels, sheets and toiletries.
